Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the beef, onion, bell pepper, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, taco seasoning, cumin, and chili powder to the crockpot.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
