- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic around the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, and black pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
