Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce before serving.

- Serve over rice or pasta.
- Can add vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
