- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Mix minced garlic, mayonnaise, and lemon juice for the sauce.
- Serve chicken with garlic sauce.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
