- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce into pan and simmer until thickened.
- Toss fried chicken in sauce until coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
