Instructions
- Whisk flour and eggs in a large bowl.
- Gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine.
- Add salt and melted butter, beat until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, tilt to spread evenly.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, flip and cook for another 1 minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
Notes
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes for better texture.
- Use a non-stick pan for easier flipping.
- Adjust thickness by adding more liquid for thinner crepes.
