Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle pecans over the top.
- Roast for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar.
