- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt peanut butter and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt into the mixture.
- Mix until smooth and pour into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for best results.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
