Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a cake pan and set aside.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and hazelnut spread until smooth.
- Add oil and milk, then mix well.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- You can top the cake with extra hazelnut spread.
