Description
A quick and flavorful Chicken Ramen Stir Fry that combines tender chicken, vegetables, and ramen noodles in a savory sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 2 packs of ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for a different protein option.
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce to control the saltiness.
- Add chili flakes or sriracha for a spicy kick.
