Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
