Description
This easy chicken noodle soup is perfect for the crock pot. It’s simple to make and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of boneless chicken breasts
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cups of egg noodles
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add the broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot.
- Add the egg noodles and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.

- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
