  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
