Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  4. Whisk eggs with water in a shallow bowl.
  5. Dip floured chicken into egg mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  8. Remove chicken and set aside.
  9. Deglaze pan with white wine, scraping up browned bits.
  10. Add chicken broth and lemon juice.
