- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the batter evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add shredded cheese on top for extra flavor.
