Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 cups of chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. In a baking dish, combine the rice and chicken broth.
  5. Place the seared chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
