Easy chicken and dumplings made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and cream of chicken soup.
- Add mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cut biscuit dough into pieces and add to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook until the biscuits are fluffy.
Notes
- Shred the chicken before adding the biscuits for better texture.
- You can substitute vegetables as per your preference.
