Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken until browned, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.

  8. Slice chicken and return to skillet. Stir well.
