- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to coat.
- Let the salad sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled.

- For extra crunch, add sliced almonds or sunflower seeds.
