Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, and cooked sausage to the egg mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer the bread cubes at the bottom of the dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
