- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grease the crockpot insert.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, vegetables, sausage or bacon, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until set.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
