Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the milk until the dough comes together.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently a few times.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut out biscuits with a round cutter.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
