- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in the tomato paste and beef broth.
- Cover and simmer for 45 minutes until the beef is tender.
- Serve hot.
