- 500g beef steak, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the pan to thicken the sauce.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve hot.
