Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add shredded chicken, black beans, corn, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in BBQ sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
