Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sear chicken for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  6. Slice chicken and drizzle with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
