- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the ricotta mixture evenly over each piece.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
