Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the oil and seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, toss the broccoli and baby potatoes in the remaining oil and seasoning.
- After 12 minutes, add the broccoli and potatoes to the air fryer.
- Cook everything together for an additional 8-10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
