Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup baby potatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the oil and seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, toss the broccoli and baby potatoes in the remaining oil and seasoning.
  6. After 12 minutes, add the broccoli and potatoes to the air fryer.
  7. Cook everything together for an additional 8-10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
