Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken strips to the bowl and coat evenly.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Warm the pita breads in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the bowls with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and tzatziki.
