Description

This colorful and fluffy Easter fluff salad is a delightful combination of fruit, marshmallows, and whipped cream, perfect for your holiday celebrations!


Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup pastel M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained fruit cocktail and crushed pineapple.
  2. Add in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and pastel M&M’s.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the whipped cream into the fruit mixture and gently fold until everything is well combined.
  5. If desired, add in the chopped nuts and fold gently.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
