- 1 package mini phyllo cups
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, and green)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of sliced deli ham or turkey
- 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, grapes, or melon) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced bell peppers, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Once the phyllo cups are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the cream cheese mixture, using a spoon or piping bag for neatness.
- Top each filled cup with a slice of deli ham or turkey for added flavor.
- Arrange the filled cups on a serving platter and garnish with fresh fruit around the edges.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
