Celebrate Easter with these delightful deviled eggs, perfectly seasoned and beautifully decorated for the holiday.

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
- Food coloring (optional for decorating)
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. Peel the eggs once cool.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks, placing them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives or parsley.
- If desired, divide the mixture and use food coloring to dye portions of the filling for a fun Easter twist.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a twist, add avocado or bacon bits to the yolk mixture.
- You can color the egg whites by dipping them in food coloring for a festive look.
