Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Add diced tomatoes and taco seasoning.
- Top with chopped bell peppers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or tortillas.
- Can add beans for extra protein.
- Use frozen chicken if needed.
