Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, diced apples, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, honey, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any type of apple you prefer.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat before serving if desired.
