Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush Doritos finely and place them in a shallow bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Coat each chicken tender first in flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally press into crushed Doritos.
  6. Place coated tenders on the baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
