Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed Doritos (any flavor)
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush Doritos finely and place them in a shallow bowl.
- In another bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Coat each chicken tender first in flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally press into crushed Doritos.
- Place coated tenders on the baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
