Ingredients

- 8 oz (225g) pasta (rotini or elbow)
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and pickle juice.
- Add cooked pasta, chopped pickles, red onion, cheddar cheese, and fresh dill. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add celery or bell peppers.
- Adjust pickle juice for desired tanginess.
- Best served cold.
