- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, and melted butter.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
