Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Drain hot water and transfer eggs to ice water to cool for 5 minutes.
- Peel eggs, then slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
- Adjust mustard and vinegar to taste.
- For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce.
