Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Drain hot water and transfer eggs to ice water to cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Peel eggs, then slice in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
