Description
A satisfying pasta dish inspired by the classic Philly cheese steak. It combines tender beef, peppers, onions, and melted cheese with pasta for a hearty family meal.

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet with vegetables.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Stir well.
- Mix in cooked pasta and combine evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add mushrooms or jalapeños.
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
