Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the skillet with vegetables.
  6. Add salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Stir well.
  7. Mix in cooked pasta and combine evenly.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and let melt for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
