Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Mix in pineapple, brown sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with water, stir into sauce to thicken.
