Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese-filled ravioli (about 24 pieces)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
  2. Thread 3-4 ravioli onto each wooden skewer.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each ravioli skewer in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
