- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup raspberry puree
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and melted chocolate.
- Pour half the batter into the crust.
- Swirl raspberry puree into the remaining batter.
- Pour raspberry batter over the chocolate layer.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
