Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, and mashed bananas.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chopped nuts if using.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper cups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
