Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine rolled oats and almond milk.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in sliced banana, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and top with chopped walnuts.

- Use any plant-based milk of your choice.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
