Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
Instructions
- In a pot, combine rolled oats and almond milk.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add sliced banana, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
- Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve topped with mixed berries.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Use any berries of your choice.
- Can be prepared the night before and reheated in the morning.
