Instructions
- Gather dandelion petals, ensuring they are clean and free of dirt.
- Boil the petals in 4 cups of water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove the petals, leaving only the infused water.
- Add lemon juice to the dandelion water.
- Stir in the fruit pectin and bring to a boil.
- Add sugar and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour jelly into sterilized jars and seal.
- Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator.
