This is an easy recipe for making dandelion jelly using fresh dandelion flowers.

- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Collect dandelion flowers and rinse them thoroughly.
- Boil flowers in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove flowers.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid and bring to a boil.
- Stir in sugar and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
