Description
Dandelion jelly is a sweet spread made from the flowers of the dandelion plant.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package fruit pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Gather dandelion petals and rinse them well.
- Boil petals in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove petals.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid.
- Bring mixture to a boil and add sugar.
- Stir until sugar dissolves and boil for 1 minute.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

- Use fresh dandelion petals for best flavor.
- Ensure jars are sterilized before use.
