Instructions
- Wash the dandelion flowers thoroughly.

- Strain the liquid to remove the flowers.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to the liquid.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add pectin and stir well.
- Boil for another minute.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

- Use only the yellow petals of the dandelion.
- Ensure jars are sterilized before filling.
