  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add melted coconut oil and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
