A refreshing and invigorating drink perfect for hot days, combining the crispness of cucumbers with the tartness of lemons.
Ingredients

- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced cucumber and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the cucumber mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add the fresh lemon juice, sugar, and remaining 3 cups of cold water to the cucumber juice. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as desired by adding more sugar or lemon juice.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a fizzy version, substitute some of the water with club soda.
- Feel free to add more cucumbers or lemons according to your taste preference.
